OVERVIEW: The overall goal of the Policy Framework is to enable Kenya’s nomadic communities realise the goal of universal access to basic education and training.

The core target of the policy framework are all children of school going age drawn from the various nomadic communities as well as nomadic parent youths, and teachers in nomadic pastoralists communities across Kenya.
